He has been working in the educational, business, clinical and university teaching areas since 1985. He has a postgraduate degree in Business Management (PUCRS) and Higher Education Methodology (FURG), as well as international certifications in Coaching and NLP (Portugal, Germany, England).
She is a speaker at internationally recognized management conferences (ABRH, CRIARH, FIESP) and currently works as an online psychotherapist. She is the author of books on coaching, children's literature and socio-emotional development.
Leticia Azevedo Ruiz
Letícia Azevedo Ruiz is an advertising professional with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, performance and communication strategies. A social media specialist, she has worked with major brands, developing campaigns that connect people to ideas with purpose.
She was invited by her sister, Beatriz Campos, creator of the project Pássaro Joaquim – O Grande Sábio, to collaborate in the expansion of the initiative, strengthening the digital presence and developing communication strategies that take Joaquim's stories and messages to more families, educators and children. Her contribution combines creativity, sensitivity and extensive experience in the market to bring to life a project made with affection, purpose and imagination.
